A medication report you can hand to your doctor
Ten minutes in a consulting room is not long enough to reconstruct three months from memory. A page of dates does the reconstructing for you.
Make one
- Open the Report tab.
- Choose the person, if you look after more than one.
- Pick the period: 30 days, 90 days or one year.
- Create the PDF, then share it — AirDrop it, email it, save it to Files, or print it.
What is in it
- Every medicine with its strength, form and schedule.
- Every planned dose in the period, with what was recorded against it and when.
- How often each medicine was taken, as a figure per medicine and overall.
- As-needed doses with their dates and times.
Before the appointment
Make it the evening before, not in the waiting room — a year of doses takes a moment to build, and it is easier to glance through it when you are not being called in. If something in it looks wrong, that is exactly the time to fix the record.
PRO
The report is part of PRO. The history it is built from is recorded whether or not you have PRO, so subscribing later still produces a full report of everything already recorded.
FAQ
- What format is the report?
- A PDF, shared through the normal iOS share sheet — AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Files or a printer.
- Is it sent anywhere automatically?
- No. It is made on your iPhone and goes only where you send it.
- Can I make one report for the whole family?
- Reports are per person, which is what a doctor needs. Make one each.
Pill Reminder helps you remember your medicines and keep a record of them. It does not give medical advice, suggest doses or check interactions. If you are unsure about a medicine or a dose, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Never miss a dose again
Pill Reminder reminds you at the right time, records the dose from the Lock Screen, looks after the whole family's medicines, and keeps a history you can hand to a doctor — all on your iPhone, with no account.
