Look after the whole family's medicines from one iPhone
One person's medicines are a list. Three people's medicines on one phone, without profiles, are a mess that leads to the wrong tablet at the wrong hour.
Add someone
- Open Settings inside the app and find Family.
- Tap Add a family member.
- Give them a name and a colour — the colour is how you tell their doses apart at a glance.
- Save, then add their medicines with that person selected.
How the day reads
Today shows everyone's doses together, each row carrying the person's name and colour, grouped by part of the day. Reminders say whose dose it is — “Time for Mum's medicine” — and doses for different people never share a notification, so answering one never records another's.
Each person has their own everything
- Their own medicines, schedules and dose times.
- Their own history and adherence figures.
- Their own doctor's report — one PDF per person, which is what a doctor wants.
- Their own stock counts and refill warnings.
PRO and Family Sharing
Your own profile is free. Anyone else is part of PRO, and PRO is shared with your household through Apple's Family Sharing, so one subscription covers the family rather than one phone.
If PRO lapses, nothing is deleted and nothing goes quiet: every reminder for every person keeps ringing. What locks is adding or editing family members.

- Does the other person need an iPhone?
- No. This is for medicines you manage from your own phone — a parent, a child, someone you care for. There is no syncing between phones.
- How many people can I add?
- As many as you look after.
- What happens if I remove someone?
- Their medicines, reminders and history are removed from the iPhone with them. Make a backup first if you might want the record later.
